Bio: Used to work as a bounty hunter, until she had saved enough and bought a place and settled down to create her dream club for her collagues to meet at, find new jobs for people looking for them that she often gets through her reputation and informants, and to fund help for people in need. The bar is open for anyone, and she attempts to keep her quite lively and aggressive regulars from causing too much trouble. She's the head of the club and sometimes works at the bar, or tends to the guests, and is in charge of hiring new people. She also gathers info through contacts and guests to put up new work for the hired killers visiting her club. She's gained reputation and respect from other hired killers and is under their loyal protection, and anyone caught messing with her is likely to get beaten up and/or kicked from the place rather quickly. 

    She holds her club very close, and doesn't take nicely to any large damage to it. And while her regular customers do have occasional quarrels and fights, she usually lets them settle their differences, and there wont be problems as long as there isn't large damage, and the smaller ones can be paid by the ones who caused it. Of course, her getting angry in the club is clear sign to anyone that it's time to act nice.

    While she does approve killing for living due to most targets being either criminals or corrupt people most of the time, she also does throughough investigation to avoid giving innocent targets to her clients. She's also extra careful about political targets, hoping to avoid any drastic or unfavourable results of a killing.

    Seras uses various types of criminal activities to fund lot of her work, and offers various services for people that choose to come to her for help. This includes:
        - Getting bounties and assasination targets from her
        - Getting other jobs through her like bodyguard jobs
        - Working under her for basic jobs like helping with running the bar
        - Using her club to work as a stripper or escort services for increased safety
        - Selling stolen or otherwise unlawful goods through her
        - Selling, buying and trading information, such as blackmail worthy stuff or good places to steal from
        - Protection from law, such as helping with jailbreaks, or reducing sentences through connections

Also as her way of gathering money is largely through criminal means, and she "rules" over largely criminals, she has a few rules and limits that people need to follow in order for them to remain on Seras' good side, as despite being a criminal she's still a very lawful person
        - No killing outside of approved bounties or assassination jobs
        - No kidnapping
        - No drug trade
        - Steal only from those well off, and do not take sentimental items with very little value

Most of these rules are somewhat loosely enforced by her depending on the circumstances, but will at the very least cause one to break them to get a good earful from Seras, explaining why a specific rule is in place

Personality: Calm, confident person, treating people with respect and friendly manner even if she doesn't know them, though occasionally likes to poke little fun at people or tease them. She can be quite manipulative, but tends to use this for her own benefit only to advance a contract or hunt down a target, or to gather important intel for others. Otherwise she's just trying to be friendly to people and have a good time, and keep the club running. She can get really serious and angry if anyone close to her is hurt, or her club threatened. 
    She doesn't mind little occasional "friendly" fights between some regulars in the club, as long as it doesn't threaten the club with great damage. She also makes the ones fighting fix or make up anything they break.

Physical description: Seras has a medium length hair, that's darker and longer on the right side of the head, that also often covers her right eye. Her eyes are orange, which can give off a fiery glow when angry or very excited. On her left arm, she has a tattoo of a red dragon coiled around the arm. She wears a black top, a leather guard on her right arm with a fingerless glove underneath, heeled shoes and a leather belt with a metal ring, and a reddish knee-long dress with an opening.
    Her wings, which she usually has hidden when not needed, are covered in orange scales, and dark spikes, and darker orange webbing thats very ripped towards the bottom.

Skills/Abilities/Fighting style: As a half-dragon, she has few capabilities as a result. She can breathe hot air (Though can also just breathe normally, so not all of her breathing is hot all the time) as an undeveloped skill to breathe fire, that's only hot enough to cause 1st-degree burns at best, but she can usually use it to shortly confuse or blind an enemy at close range breath to face. 
        She can also quickly grow wings of a dragon from her back, and usually uses them to climb and hang from things, block attacks, strike enemies with the claws, or glide/slow her fall if she has enough room, but is unable to actually fully fly with them, as her wing structure and muscles as just a half-dragon isn't perfect, and mostly resorts to using them to get to higher points, dodging or regaining balance.
    She is also in possession of two custom made pistols made to resemble dragon heads, that can fire strong and accurate incineary (Or normal if she chooses) bullets in quick succession, that burst to flames when hitting something. She keeps one on the holster on her right hip, and the other on a holster on her right leg usually covered by her dress.

Strengths:
- Expert at gathering intel and getting her way by talking, and knows a lot of people
- Knowledgeable of things like history, politics, people, geography... etc. Also knows couple common languages to various extents
- Able to glide (Shortly) slow her fall, protect herself, attack enemies and climb using her wings that she can take our or hide at will
- Can breathe hot air, though it can only cause burns at best, and might ignite something that's very easily flammable
- Bit more resistant to heat and fire than normal person, and her wings are basically immune to it
- In possession of two custom made pistols that fire incineary and normal bullets

- Flexible with good balance
- Under protection of majority of the regular hired killers of her club

Weaknesses:
- Despite being half dragon, she isn't very strong or durable physically
- Wings slow her down and take up a lot of space
- Not a lot of stamina when it comes to using her wings for a long time, and taking them out takes some energy too
- Any damage to her wings remains even if she hides them, and still affects her even when hidden
